At AMS we pride ourselves on a curriculum that is broad, rich and challenging.<\/o:p><\/p>\n

It is because our curriculum is relevant, responsive and inclusive that our pupils are enabled to flourish academically, socially and spiritually; successfully preparing them for the next steps in their learning.<\/o:p><\/p>\n

Our curriculum is carefully designed and sequenced to allow our pupils to acquire the skills and knowledge to become creative, confident and responsible young people, who can succeed in their ambitions, become well-informed citizens and make their communities better places to be.<\/o:p><\/p>\n

At the heart of our curriculum is our pupils\u2019 spiritual, moral, social and cultural development. We actively promote our Christian Values which together with British values, are woven into the ethos of our school. Our curriculum design develops our pupil’s spirituality.<\/o:p><\/p>\n

Our adaptive curriculum delivery and mastery approach enables our pupils to engage in a depth of learning in which they are equipped to make links across subjects and to real-world contexts. Our wider curriculum opportunities and homework provision is used to further enhance pupils\u2019 independence and to deepen and give breadth to understanding enabling our pupils to consolidate their knowledge and skills.<\/o:p><\/p>\n
