Our School Day

The following are the timings our pupils follow during their school day, please note gates open to pupils 8.20am.  There is no supervision for pupils who arrive prior other than those who attend breakfast club (see details below) Pupils must be in their class for the start of the school day at 8.45am.  End of day is 3.15pm

The total number of core school hours over the week is 32.5 hours and this is supplemented with a extra curricular programme as well as before and after school care provision (STEPs).

As a Church of England school, each day, our school will partake in a daily act of collective worship.  As a school we receive SIAMS (Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools) inspections to evaluate the impact of collective worship on our school community and its contribution to the values and ethos of our school.  Our local vicar regularly visit our school to support deliverance of our values.

KS2 Timetable (Year 5 & 6)

8.45am – 8.55am	Registration (Pupils must be registered by 8.55am)
8.55am – 9.50am	Lesson 1
9.50am – 10.45am	Lesson 2
10.45am – 11.05am	Morning Break
11.05am – 12.00pm	Lesson 3
12.00pm -12.30pm	Lesson 4 (part 1)
12.30pm -1.15pm	Lunch
1.15pm -1.45pm	Lesson 4 (part 2)
1.45pm – 2.15pm	Registration/Collective Worship
2.15pm – 3.15pm	Lesson 5
3.15pm	End of School Day

KS3 Timetable (Year 7 & 8)

8.45am – 8.55am	Registration
8.55am – 9.50am	Lesson 1
9.50am -10.45am	Lesson 2
10.45am – 11.05am	Morning Break
11.05am -12.00pm	Lesson 3
12.00pm – 1.00pm	Lesson 4
1.00pm – 1.45pm	Lunch
1.45pm – 2.15pm	Registration/Collective Worship
2.15pm – 3.15pm	Lesson 5
Children are not be left on school premises before 8.30am.
