Accessing Lunch Account & Applying for Free School Meals

Each pupil on roll within our school will be given their own online lunch account that parents will access via ParentPay. New starters will receive their activation letter for ParentPay within 7 days of their start date. Pupils will be served lunched during this period with accounts being topped up once accessed.

Accounts are live from the first day pupils join our school with log in details sent to parents that same day. Pupil accounts must always be in credit to cover snacks and/or lunch. In the event that there are insufficient funds to cover morning snack and lunch, pupils will be unable to purchase a snack however they will be served a lunch that day. Our systems do not have the reminder service we therefore politely request that parents regularly check their child’s accounts.

We advise all parents to check whether their child may be eligible for Free School meals. If you make an application and are eligible, our school will receive additional funding to support those eligible children’s trips and they will also receive a lunch (not snack) each day.
